Fashion Against AIDS!

After the big success of the Garden Collection, H&M is back with Fashion Against AIDS! H&M has been putting out a collection for the Designers Against Aids since 2008 and it has been a success. In early 2008 the first campaign was supported by Rihanna, Chicks on Speed, Good Charlotte, Henrik Vibskov, Jade Jagger, Justice, Katharine Hamnett, My Chemical Romance, Rufus Wainwright, Scissor Sisters, The Cardigans, Tiga, Timbaland, Justice and Ziggy Marley. Starting on May 20th, 25% of the full sales price will be donated to four organizations fighting HIV/AIDS among young people.H&M’s Divided department has designed a complete collection for young women and men for the pop festival season, including tents, folding chairs and washbags containing everything you need- including of course some condoms! Frankly, the Garden collection was such a hit that I was a little resistant about wearing the same t-shirt, dress or jacket as other fashionistas… Although, I wish I had found the red flowery (with a lot of texture and pleats) dress or jacket from that collection. Too bad for me but now I know something else is coming and it’ll look pretty fantastic. Get ready for a festival of clothes and accessories called “safe sex!”… Pictures are following.
